REQUIREMENTS FOR MISS POLONIA
- A young lady of Polish descent between ages 16-24
- Polish background (knowledge of the language not necessary)
- Member of Maspeth Holy Cross Parish, Maspeth Polish School or Maspeth CCD Program.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- The application deadline - May, 20, 2022.
- Each contestant is required to submit a headshot in order for application to be completed.
Headshots must be sent to maspethpdpc@gmail.com
No selfies, blurry photos, or group photows will be accepted.
Headshots will be printed and distributed in our Marshal Ball Journal.
- The new Miss Polonia will be chosen by the audience at the annual Marshal Ball.
- Each contestant is required to be accompanied by a parent at the annual Marshal Ball.
- For their participation, the contenstants will receive cash prices founded by Maspeth Pulaski Day Parade Committee.
Special prices will be given out to contestant who wil take first place in Miss Polonia Pageant.
- The winner of Miss Polonia Pageant will have an honor and responsibility to:
* Attend Grand Marshal Ball
* Participate in Committee events throughout the year
* Represent Maspeth at the Pulaski Day Parade alongside the other contestants.
